All 3rd party live tiles seem to be stop working on my Mozart. Only MS one still working (emails, calendars, etc), others like HTC Hub, BBC news, WNM, Text Me, all non working... I can't get any live tile or push notification works, repin, reinstall doesn't seem to solve the problem...I really don't want to reset the phone, that will lock it and I can't use sideload for ringtone/apps... Anyone face the same problem before? Please help... Thanks

did microsoft say anything about enabling flash for wp7 in the near future? and does htc hd7 or other smartphones have some sort of overcharge protection function?

MS didn't say that they're enabling flash for WP7, MS said they're not AGAINST Flash on WP7 therefore the ball is in Adobe's court for making WP7 support

That being the case then, nobody knows what Adobe is going to do.

Practically speaking, they are at some point going to have to talk to Microsoft or vice versa since the only place of note to enable Flash support is the web browser.

Adobe may, as a show of support, make it prerequisite for Microsoft to support apps created using Adobe technologies to work with Wp7.

Looking at how crappy the Adobe reader for wp7 is, makes me wonder if they actually paying any attention to development or not.

something strange popped up. I've got a m4v file that plays OK on Videolan and Zune on the desktop - the interview parts is clearly audible. But on my Mozart the interview part is missing audio, and plays just background music (which is a MP3 file inserted in iMovie).

Any ideas?

Well, could be that the audio part is in a format that the Mozart don't actually understand. In your case, it means that you have a video component, and 2 audio component, one the mp3 background music and the other the interview audio component.

Video codec, got, so it plays.

MP3 audio codec got, so it plays.

The interview audio Mozart don't understand, so it doesn't play. As for conversion when you transfer the video, maybe Zune just flagged one audio channel for transfer also.

The strangest part is that I converted the audio track from the file into a MP3 file and tried playing it on Mozart. Nada... no sound.

I've also uploaded the file to Youtube and again, it's the interview part which is without any audio. I've converted the Youtube FLV back to MPEG 4, same thing. WTH?!!

So its not just a WP7 issue, its more of an incompatible codec issue then? What software did you use to convert? If its Handbrake, you should be able to manipulate the audio codec.

If the video is H264, try pairing the audio with AAC, see if that works.

Did the video output on Mac with iMovie 09, but was recorded on 5DMKII. Re-rendered whole video again on a PC with h264 + AAC and some other combos, audio still missing on WP7. sad.gif
