Some trials can play quite long, and there are free games around, look under NEW instead of the FREE tab. I'm not really sure how they organize the FREE tab cause it doesnt seem date sorted to me.

Added on December 20, 2010, 11:08 amI guess what I want is an indicator in the item list to show wheter or not a trial is available instead of having to click into the item and see wheter there's a TRY button.

Facebook for WP7 has been updated, one important thing to note is that under SETTINGS, you can see a "Run under screen lock" option. If you use Facebook app a lot and you want to get updates faster, turn this setting on and the FB app will run in background even though phone is on standby.

This helps immensely for the HD7 which has the loading speed problems. tongue.gif

You think they don't want to make marketplace available here meh? Let them settle the darn credit card processing locally here first lar. You REALLY want to go deduct USD0.99 through an international payment gateway?

Fruit Ninja for WP7 out, found a little bug when playing the trial. When the message to register pops up after you get ur first achievement, press the BACK button instead of tapping on QUIT and you can continue... not sure for how long though havent passed 150... maybe it's time based?

Yes.. very classy. You can afford a 2k phone, but cant afford an app that's a fraction of the price.

You can try to use your credit card a Singapore account and you might be able to successfully charge it. Check the FAQ in my sig for some info.

Never had to set apn for me, also notice that he mentioned only 2 apps cannot connect.

Don't use wep I m using wpa2, is ur wireless ssid hidden? That's a problem then.

Just realized that if a progam is running under lockscreen, your WiFi will never go to sleep if it's on. And any task that requires such a operation

Well, for people who just bash it based on the old Windows Mobile experience they might just come to assume that.

But.. certain apps running on the HD7, ie. Twitter, Facebook. lags while scrolling because it cant load the user avatar pics fast enough from the SD card.

You won't see that on the LG though.

So you actually ate those 2 phones then?

While the HTC might feel better on the outside, everyone of my HD7 owning friends can't help but groan when I show them the difference in load time between them and my LG.

QUITE significant in games.

Other small places you'll see it happening, is in the Facebook and Twitter apps. When you drag the scroll around. HD7 will jerk and lag when it's loading thumbnails. Optimus doesn't.

Remember, its just slow when it needs to load things, if a game doesn't read from disk, its actually ok
