DOH! to Samsung. Apparently NoDo is late because Microsoft is having problems with Samsung's hardware.

I'm not too sure why there are many used Mozarts - I am quite happy with mine. The only downside to Windows Phone is the marketplace is missing, and I still can't get the full Zune experience. sad.gif

Other than that my Android-using friend commented on how fast WP7 is. tongue.gif

QUOTE(Prevail @ Mar 10 2011, 12:48 PM)
the simple reason why everyone is selling off the mozart is due to no copy paste , very inconvenient to be frank , some ppl they buy phone just because this is the phone i want but never update themselves about whats coming up next , this is why they are selling mozart

Added on March 10, 2011, 12:54 pmBtw i am waiting to grab mozart second hand for RM900 hahaha..hopefully my dream will come true since so many ppl selling
*

You can try your luck in Singapore. Price of their brand new Mozarts are already dropping. smile.gif The price here stick sucks big time even though handphones are supposed to be duty free. (minister announced it during last year's budget. only ciggies, booze, cars and some other stuff excluded. correct me if I am wrong tongue.gif)

not too excited about copy and paste, looking forward more to the speed improvements. Also with the Nokia deal there'll surely be a better update on phone functions in the distant (can't say near cos MS is moving too slow) future.

Just a short question... were people who used the VPN method charged for dial up? I din't quite realise that I was trying to connect to a VPN via dial up, so right not am unsure if my phone bill will skyrocket. -.-"

Any of you guys have problems with your pictures? My pictures now look like crap - color banding like a 256 color or 128 color GIF file instead of full color JPEG. >.<

it's hard to take a screen shot of it, but all i can say is that my own movies still play fine, no color banding or whatever, it's just the pictures.

On a second look, some pictures are affected while just a handful aren't. Resync? The default HTC wallpapers like the bokeh ones have banding issues too, so I'm really not sure what is wrong as video and some other pictures doesn't seem to have this problem.

T_T hate to master reset. I suspect that the resolution has been reduced for the pictures too. Let's see what the other WP7 sites say.

something strange popped up. I've got a m4v file that plays OK on Videolan and Zune on the desktop - the interview parts is clearly audible. But on my Mozart the interview part is missing audio, and plays just background music (which is a MP3 file inserted in iMovie).

Any ideas?

The strangest part is that I converted the audio track from the file into a MP3 file and tried playing it on Mozart. Nada... no sound.

I've also uploaded the file to Youtube and again, it's the interview part which is without any audio. I've converted the Youtube FLV back to MPEG 4, same thing. WTH?!!

Did the video output on Mac with iMovie 09, but was recorded on 5DMKII. Re-rendered whole video again on a PC with h264 + AAC and some other combos, audio still missing on WP7. sad.gif

It's definitely a external mic + 5dMKII audio codec problem, at least when played back on WP7 devices.

I did another video with just the audio exported as MP3, and again, no sound. But when I use the camera's built in mic the sound plays back OK. This sucks!

Why am I so passionate about this? HD video on WP7 looks good, simple as that. smile.gif

marauderz: This is the zipped file of the audio clips. Both plays fine on computer, try out converting to mp3 and sync into your wp7 phone.
