Just to share MBB Balance Transfer will take the total amount and then divide it with the number of months that you signed up for. That will become the "monthly" installments charged to your cc.

It is slightly different some BT programme where you have the flexibility to pay any amount within the BT period.

Example

BT RM12K
Monthly will be 12K/12 = RM1K (charged to your cc)

Any one use DA paypass at Giant Before??? must swipe first then can use paypass for first time activation?
*
PayPass in Malaysia is HOPELESS.

The only place where I can use this swipe free system with 100% success rate is at GSC, by using the Visa Wave (similar to Mastercard's PayPass) feature on GSC Eonbank cc.

Hi everyone,

What is the best card for purchases on 0% installment plans? Which card most widely tied up to shops? Is it Maybank card?

Yup.
As for best card for purchases on 0% installment plans, it's subjective.
Currently, these banks offer:

PB = 6 months installment, 0% interest, even on non participating merchants.
Alliance = Same as above, but 12 months.
Ambank = Same as above.

its better for u go to the shop and find out which bank got 0% installment plan there.

or, refer to each bank where did they offer 0% installment.

example:
eonbank have installment at SenQ or full list of eonbank
ambank at carrefour/giant/tesco/jusco
citibank at giant

... and so on ~

whats cannavaro replied are flexi-payment, not installment tied to shops.
means swipe full amount then convert it to installment later with the bank (call/sms).
all cards offering this service but each have their own 1 time fee or free for certain period.

You may offer any couple in the queue a lower price for two.
Let say one ticket is RM11, two will be RM22. You just offer RM18 will do, and you earn RM7 instantly.

I over hit RM50 rebate capping already.
As of 10/1/2011 my spreadsheet shows total rebate as RM50.50. .
I cannot use this card anymore until 11/1/2011 (new statement month)
*
Attached Image
Last month's rebate was RM50.70
As a conclusion, the max rebate should be RM120 as of statement month of "DECEMBER 2010".

Depends on your spending pattern.
If you do groceries, then WMC suits you as it has Sunday Rebates at hypermarts.
If you love cinema, Visa Signature is your choice. Complimentary ticket of the same class of ticket you purchased.

Not in the case of CIMB. The way I see it the WMC is more golf centric than then VI version. WMC is points centric and VI is rebate centric. IMHO the VI rebate is pathetic coz other bank rebate rates are far better.
Plus some variations in terms of the promotions and that's about all.
