well, you can, but just be careful with the words you use and just be vigilant; if the developer is not in any trouble financially or any other circumstances, they might reserve the right to sue you for defamation? am I correct to say so?

thanks harddisk for the photos....
but I think you won't see much difference on daily basis, why not try taking the pic on weekly basis? then you might be able to see the difference. just a suggestion...
