I passed eve suite using NKVE around 1030 am, I only saw 5 workers......

Driving in NKVE, very difficult to see in a moving car; only saw those on the top floor working.

Just got my letter of VP, along with CCC. But they have been late already. My S&P date stamped 8 Dec 2011. So does it mean I can claim LAD. Any owners here also signed S&P in late 2011? We can collectively voice out to prevent developer from evading responsibility. Cheers!

Interesting. How the dates will be accounted for when one signed a 3 months extension for the furnishing ?

The 3 months extension is for the furnishing, meaning it's independent on the original VP date, isn't it ?

Shouldn't the developer is still bound legally to deliver within the contract period (without the furnishing) ?

Just called the developer, final payment has been cleared for most of the banks...

However, the key can't be collected as they still waiting for the building management approval.

Does anyone knows the reason why the key handling is pending? (while the payment is 100% completed)

The final RM946 i haven't pay yet. according to the PIC, even i have settle the RM946, i still can't get key and still have to wait after CNY.

So i told her i will pay after CNY and then take the key at the same time.

Now just sit back and await the lrt.

I'm one of eve suite owner. Syamurni sent me vp letter on 6/1/15.
I sign s&p on 8/1/12. But I called office n email them, jz tell me probably by end of March can get key. Like tis consider late? Pass 36 months already, how's the progress to claim late penalty from developer. Any owner face same prob and mind to help.
My unit is level 15 studio.
