well, that's instinct, we aren't attacking him, but since he is on the brink of pointing out something, so why not share?

(in short-term) please pardon me, I'm new to this property world. trying to learn as much as I can. thanks. |

QUOTE(thunderaj @ Mar 20 2012, 02:35 PM) Did the developer made any draw down from the banker after the S&P.? no drawdown has been made, only until they complete the first phase or the first 10% of the construction.Usually the developer will make stages of draw down of cash from the banker based on the construction progress. |

Went to the site today, there were workers working today and I spoke to one of the project managers, he say the piling is expected to finish in 2 weeks time, and pie cap should be up by next month. Overall progress is within schedule.
I snapped some pics, will try to post it by tonight when I got home. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Please pardon my cheapo camera phone. Also, I don't think you can see much in my pics, just randomly shot a few. they say this is injection piling whereby you wont see piles come up to the surface... is that true? anyone mind clearing our doubts? |

QUOTE(kelvinfixx @ Apr 3 2012, 09:23 AM) Long time never bash this project already. As I say long long time ago it will be delay, hope that it won't be like Platinum condo few blocks away. But with the property price sky rocketing, it won't be that easy to be abundant now, rest assure the buyer, the worst is just delay for few years. not sure why you hate this project so much? and some of you are just hoping for this project to fail like that? This project sucks big time. who on the development side were you enemy? |

QUOTE(kochin @ Apr 4 2012, 04:37 PM) if indeed first SPA was only signed in Nov 2011, then it's freaking fast progress! way ahead! no worries! well, I was informed by the project manger that they are well within and never really say they are well ahead of schedule... so...think it would be completed way ahead of due date. but I donno how true was that lar.... |

according to the source, the pie cap will be up soon and the first 7 floors will be the toughest to build, and now they are working on the basement.
after the 7th floor, then everything will be identical on the above and hence easier the work. |

QUOTE(my44 @ Apr 23 2012, 09:17 AM) Not a hole in a ground. Haha. I wish I take the site photo after I made booking yesterday. yup, strongly agree with you cheers Normal lah, soft launch, gauging market interest, bla bla bla. Different perspective, different impression. From my perspective, when I booked, piling has started. From other's perspective, soft launch booking, nothing has started. |

QUOTE(sampool @ Apr 27 2012, 09:55 AM) opposite.. b*nk more happi to see this happen.... can collect flower month after month until the owner die/settle the outstanding... who dun 1 this free $$. there is no reason why banks should be happy if they see projects abandoned. they still collect the same interests for the amount drawdowned regardless of the progress of the project. we thank you for your constructive comments. |
