yeah, agreed with most of you. given its price + fully furnished + the prospect of an attached LRT station which is a super plus point, i never regretted taking up a unit 5 years ago.
i got my keys in april 15, 2-3 mths of rectification + slight reno + own use. I rented out my unit in august, i initially asked for 1.8k, but agreed with my tenant to lower down to 1.75k since my tenant agrees to a two year contract.
i think 1.6k is abit too low, if your unit comes with a 2 car parks.
haven't been to this thread for a while, now i'm more excited about its future prospect after the LRT station is up and running, which is expected to be mid this year? but let's be more conservative, with the attitude of the authorities, i think by early next year? that it will be commissioned?
