nice enclosure. where did you buy it?
maybe will be too small for him in a few months time.
how you handle ventilation issues?

Hi Zenix,

Thank you for the compliment. I actually built it myself. I think he is rather small as he is a dwarf breed. But i was thinking... if he ever grows bigger i will expand the hutch. I installed wirings on both end of the hutch for ventilation. The roof is removable just in case... and i allow him to come out from the hutch freely so that he can roam ard the apartment. I will only keep him in when i go out or go to bed... smile.gif

My bunny visits d vet in Kota Kemuning, Parkhill (the contacts are available on d 1st page of this thread).
Good thing is that my bunny's very healthy, running around, eating, drinking, pooping and peeing happily laugh.gif only has mange (minor) issue

Anyone can recommend a good vet for neutering around PJ or KL area? Just got a new buck to join my current rabbit. As both new and old rabbit are male, they start biting each other when in play pen. wacko.gif

I thought neutering will make rabbit more sociable and allow them to live longer live? Is it will put their life at risk?

its a common enough procedure, but like any surgical procedures, there's always a risk.

for a rabbit, the main risk is similar to all small sized animals. their small size makes it difficult to determine the proper dosage of anaesthetic needed.

so make sure to find a vet who's familiar with small animals. you can try this vet over at Bandar Puteri Puchong

Pusat Perubatan Veterinar,
No 12, Persiaran Puteri 1,
Bandar Puteri,
47100 Puchong.

did a tumour removal for a hamster for me before a few years back.

Thanks for the info. Have to consider neutering else each of them will have to take turn using the play pen instead of being able to roam freely.

anything different with the colour of the pee? like did it turn a darker colour or more reddish colour or something? if not then likely nothing to worry about. have you checked the water intake? is it more than before?

Sometimes dark, mostly normal like "teh o" colour. Water intake is more than before (last 3 weeks)

Hello bunny lovers, it's been such a long time since I last logged in here. Most people spending more time communicating via facebook groups these days.

I remember very clearly that LYN was the starting point for most of us in this hobby.

Please observe thread rules here. If I am not wrong, you should start your own FOR SALE threads in https://forum.lowyat.net/PetStore instead of posting your sale here.

Hope you are all enjoying yourselves!
