looks like its time for me to invest on a monopod then ...
tried increasing the shutter speed but the lighting at KLIMS was very bad and i dare not go above ISO 640 ... This post has been edited by eddy230379: Dec 7 2010, 12:22 PM |

QUOTE(eddy230379 @ Dec 7 2010, 12:21 PM) looks like its time for me to invest on a monopod then ... from your pic i didn't see much camera shake, more like slight misfocus. Shallow depth-of-field, maybe?tried increasing the shutter speed but the lighting at KLIMS was very bad and i dare not go above ISO 640 ... But your pic still look sharp at f/1.8. I've screwed up a few pics with the same aperture settings. This post has been edited by geekster129: Dec 7 2010, 12:28 PM |

ISO at least 800.If 1.4 like celciuz then no need flash, pump ISO also enough |

I upgraded to D700 then no focusing issues, be it at the center AF point or the outer AF point btw, @Bliz, ur Sigmalux at f/1.4 AF hit rate high or not? i nvr used b4 f/1.4 on mine, scared oof normally use f/2 Added on December 7, 2010, 1:08 pm QUOTE(Kent3888 @ Dec 7 2010, 03:07 AM) Who the hell would buy this over the Nikkor, lol.... i mean based on shashinki price.... I thought Sigma's would be around 4k street price at shashinki The local dumb ass sigma distributor is selling for very expensive, those grey set sigma lens pricing is around the same as US... a 24-70HSM cost 3.8k local warrranty but grey set is only RM3kThis post has been edited by Bliz: Dec 7 2010, 01:08 PM |
