casual shot wont fill up.. but on a week trip...easily fill up.
shooting from d300. raw.
8 days trip almost fill up 2 x 16GB...

Usually when shoot raw most also reach second card. Rarely go to third card. Shooting RAW. But I noticed the D700 RAW is about 20mb. :S |

1 16gb is enough, can store well over 1k photos... My spare CF is only 8gb

celciuz, maybe 2x extreme 8GB, but if you worry 1st card too small, then
1x Extreme 16GB as primary card, 1x Extreme 8GB as backup card. wont be as expensive as 2x 16gb and wont waste.
I think I might get one extreme III 4GB for my D90 >.< How much is extreme 30mb/s 4GB SD and 8GB SD (both class 10)?
