Me in Taman Mas, Puchong got uncapped somewhere after midnight, maybe 3 or 4 am.
Then got recapped back right on the spot at 8.30am Speed right now:  |

seems to be like what u guys say, its slowly goes back to slow. good speed from last night 1am to this morning bout noon. now halved. but still acceptable, not 10kb per sec like past few days.
if night time after midnight uncapped, still reasonable in my opinion, still can get downloads to finish while we sleep. |
