Low noise High ISO but I think it's way over your budget
Get a Full-Frame DSLR for low-noise at high iso

Noise control of A580 is better than D90.

A580 is a new model anyways, but stocks are rare nowadays lol.

D7k is pawning D300s in almost everything except built-in and focus point.
ISO performance, pixel, price = d7k still better

The most debatable PNS cameras currently are Panasonic Lumix LX5 and Canon S95. I would opt for Canon S95. You could check the Canon S95's gallery before making a decision. However, my friend told me he will get a Lumix LX5 cuz he says its better.

Pocketibility Camera, good photo shooting but looks a bit old fashion = S95
Exchangeable Lens Micro Four Third Camera, more power to control your photo shooting = NEX5
Good pictures with least effort, the white one is very trendy = LX5
