I just got a new BWU!!! and it works like a charm. at first the space bar got prob with right ALT key. But the nail clipper thing works like a charm

Congratz, how did you get a new one? Razer guy came and replace it?

hello guys just want to ask, have you all experience the z-axis problem on imperator mouse?? i've updated the firmware to the latest one, the problem still exist.. currently i'm using steelseries 9HD mousepad... anyone can help pls??

there is no solution for z-axis. just get use to it

make full use of 5600dpi

Man... The Goliathus is really like a dust magnet... My mouse got all dusty on the feet because of it...

hi all razerian....im using BWU for three months now..and problem appear...my BW cannot be recognized and not connected...before this it happened once in a while but now..seems to be permanent..cant log on to window unless i unplugged the usb cable...tested all the usb port with my mouse and it seems ok..anyone can help??

go try on another PC first.

after i explained everything to the RMA department.. He say that.. ok. just go grab a new one.. at first when i came back.. i tried the BWU.. it was ok. then suddenly the space bar pressed the right ALT key.. At first i was like WTF.. what happen to razer? then.. i do as what u did.. and now the BWU works like a charm. in addition. the keys felt so much nicer than before

Anyone here bought Ferox and tested? A bit reluctant to buy it cause of Razer keyboard and mouse issues mentioned around here.

Finally got back my Mamba after RMA for 2 months...good thing they replace a brand new unit for me

The Ferox is nowhere to be found here in Penang...anyone from Pg already seen one? I wanted to audition it!
