If not wrong it is not RMA-able. sweat.gif
Or simply most forumers or users just get a fingernail-clippers and cut off the extra plastic. whistling.gif

Try check if you also hit the jackpot of Random key stuck or inconsistent(in term of sound, feel and force mainly) keys or the no clickly issue.  sweat.gif

I hit the jackpot for the Key stuck on my Left side shift keys.. Send my BWU back to 3e trading in mid valley and they say its perfectly alright.. I was so damn pissed. they ask some technician to come over my place tmr (which they dont even have my address - how stupid) to test the product. WTF???
Stupid shitty keys!!

Hey guys, sai86 & Iphone4Lover, thanks for the advice, I think I fixed this shit already, haha I pulled out the keys and use the nail clipper file to trim the extra edges on my X and ALT keys, now my BWU works like charm, lol lets see if I encounter new "jackpots" laugh.gif

So have the Razer whatever-guy come or not? rclxub.gif

Impossible that you couldn't claim the warranty if that's the case.

Even remove a keycap can cause your warranty to void... sweat.gif
BTW, not all problems can be RMAed. For example strange behavior with keys(but it still working) is not claimable like what a forumers have posted.

Im noob in razer stuff ba.. I contacted the person.. He ask me to return to the shop and test a new BWU. If the prob is the same, then I cant change my BWU. If all the keys are fine and much better than my Ori BWU, then I can exchange it 1 to 1.

Not same shop then, my BWU costed me RM340. BTW, it depend on who served you. I go there 3 times get 3 different price. 1st time is RM360 fixed price, next time i saw a buyer pay RM340 only and i ask they say is RM340 but no stock. When i go and buy mine, met a guy say cant RM340 the least is RM350. I wait for few hours till the ppl say RM340 come out... doh.gif and the ppl who said RM350 got fucuked, have to take the keyboard for me from display tray and hand it to counter at RM340 only rolleyes.gif . Later, i notice he is mindfcuked and whispering to another worker while staring at me... doh.gif
