Why Razer Mamba on-the-fly sensitivity on-screen display is not showing on screen in game... but on desktop screen the indicator shows up.

RMA for what?  blush.gif
just go and buy new skates.
*
Well as if I got the damage when I just bought it, not when I already use it for days blush.gif

BTW where can get the skates? Razer's skate or other brand?

Nop. You stick skates on the feet, and feet on the mouse wink.gif
that's the difference.

Thank you for the enlightenment.

Thought I wanna shop some Razer stuff, but I guess most shops are close today & tomorrow.

Cool... but I just can't wait. BTW if I need much more tracking, is it good to get Destructor or higher end mat can you suggest? I'm playing BFBC2, and like to snipe most of the time.

It seems my Mamba isn't as smooth as Diamondback in term of tracking. I try to draw a straight line in Paint application, I must say Diamondback is 50% better and can draw much longer straight line without any distortions.

Is it because my gaming mat not compatible with laser mouse?

no, just means the diamondback has lots of mouse prediction / drift control.
*
It's understandable if I want to make a straight line in 1 swift stroke, a mouse prediction/drift control helps. But when I'm trying to draw slowly, I've still fail to manage the mouse not to have distortions.

As for FPS games I also can notice the difference, when I'm trying to aim or gauge my target in sniping modes.

Where I can find local Razer distro if I need to RMA my Razer stuff? What is the procedure? Need to drop by their office? Send by postage? Any service charge? Need to fill in form? Then returned item, need to be claimed by myself or they will post it to my front door?

How long does it take for the item ordered from Razerzone Asia Pacific to be under "processing" before the item get shipped out? I've been waiting for like 5-6 days (around 3 working days) and it seems no update from their side yet.

Any experience to share?

I just got my Black Widow Ultimate, Razer really disappoints me, the space bar key is pressing down adjacent X key and occasionally grinding with left ALT key.

Gonna send this for RMA after my other keyboards arrive. Even RM30 keyboard doesn't do this to me before laugh.gif

If not wrong it is not RMA-able. sweat.gif
Or simply most forumers or users just get a fingernail-clippers and cut off the extra plastic. whistling.gif

Try check if you also hit the jackpot of Random key stuck or inconsistent(in term of sound, feel and force mainly) keys or the no clickly issue.  sweat.gif

LOL I already packed it in the box, already informed the seller, he will RMA it for me...

One to one exchange?

Not sure about that tho, I'll deal about that later, by the way, when u mentioned use fingernail clipper to cut the plastic, what do u mean? I mean there isn't any any excess plastics to cut or something? Or just cut away the damn Space Bar key? laugh.gif

Can I just replace the space bar key?
