How about renewal? It is have such issue?
*
There wont be an issue renewing ur EP. And till now, i haven heard of people getting rejected while renewing their EP. I can be wrong though, but i think the chances are real low.

If starting salary is $1800, only entitiled for S-Pass.
Maybe 1 year later, increased to $3000, still need to reapply work permit to EP ?
*
Actually having low salary does not mean u can only get s pass. If u got a good education background + recognize cert, u can get EP as well. It is best tat if u got the chance to upgrade to EP, better upgrade it

if haven't paid ptpn for a year since graduated, but when check on ptptn site, name is not under blacklist, will that affect application of ep/s pass? i mean, will MOM get notice from PTPTN?

Are you transferring from the MY firm to the SG firm? Or are you resigning and then reapplying to the same firm in SG?

If you're transferring, then by all means - process, notify, due for promotion... whatever. You're basically just changing location.

But if you're resigning and reapplying, then stay long enough to actually get promoted before you move. Showing that you have a promotion is always good! Saying that you're due means nothing.

Btw... I'm not sure this is a 'promotion'. If you're moving from junior (or associate) to senior, that's a promotion.

Don't be too bothered about this. 5 months experience is basically no experience at all. As an employer, the only upside they'll see in your 5 months experience is that they don't have to babysit you in terms of how shitty the public accounting profession is.

in 5 months experience, I have to discuss with client in the end including the accounts I haven't done. And I have to know consol which my team leader did.. so many difference and I have to convince my client to follow my work. And the auditors' of the subsidiary is wrong to input name of firms and the amounts in debtors different with the classified aging..heex

Exactly - the moment you have to start breaking it down into months, it means that your experience is still very minimal and it should not make much difference overall - regardless of how involved you were in the last few months

i only encourage s pass and employment pass, definately not for wp. For example when u use work permit, when u wanna register a phone line like starhub or singtel or m1, u need to put a huge amount of deposit. i mean the deposit depend on wat phone u wanna get.
