Bought another unit elsewhere. Else if I were to cancel the booking, the dev will release @ a higher price. So win win situation... |

I would like to let go of my unit in Parklane OUG - Phase 2.
Unit No is D1-09-03. I booked the unit quite sometime during launch, but recently found a new house in Puchong, so i would like to let go the unit. Have book it during early bird booking but have yet to sign S&P. If anyone is interested, you may PM me. I would be willing to let go my unit with a low top up. The detail of my unit is: * Purchase Price RM306,900.00 (Paid 3,000 booking) * KLCC View * 2 car park (side by side) * Lowest density among the 3 phases * Freehold Top up of RM1,500 |

QUOTE(takso21 @ Aug 26 2011, 05:27 PM) Congestion could be the answer in term of high no. of units, heavy traffic conditions surrounding despite strategic location. Property market could be showing sign of slowing down by this year end. slowing down for those properties over 400psf....but not cheaper value property like parklane....i believe gov approve this project, for sure have their planning on the road access |

LOL, bighouse allow the transfer previously because they not obtain all the necessary approval yet, for any booking now, not allow anymore. developer understand with 4000+ units is hardly to compete with other development, and the price they launched is not consider cheap. to sell 4000+ units, this is how developer catching buyer and tell them to transfer name to earn top up money, which most of the developer would not allow. btw, this is free market, some ppl may look for any opp, np, willing sell and buy basis. nobody will force anyone to buy from top-up. however, if you think value for that, what wrong, the price is >50k diff. |
