Soli i dont understand you at all. Either your england very 'lan' or i cannot read your statement properly.

I definitely know more than you because i booked one end of last year and already transferred to another person early this year. This is the only developer that allow transfer ownership, good for us but its bad for developer.

Not necessary to get a loan reject letter for refund, it is under stakeholder and we can decide whether to proceed or not.

I think you dont even know what the developer WANTS. They prefer you to sign the SPA and not booked!

Hello, your statement not true, they allow to transfer name to any buyer due to not all the necessary approval yet, only recently they stop it.


so many ppl want to transfer name now not supprice they will stop this strategy. but pitty for those who book for the purpose of earning top up money but facing difficulty now.

willing sell willing buy of cource happen in any purchase. problem is how many willing buy now?

FYI, till to-date still ppl call me whether want to transfer or not for my phase I unit, due to previously I advertise after i secure another land property, but decided to proceed my unit for Parklane.

If you don't know the details of it, pls check first, else kena tempak....

i do not know whether the sales untill now is good or not. but what we can see here is so many ppl want to let go their units and the purpose is obviously to earn the top up money and the top up money in keep on decresing from initial post until today post. why this happen? i think the pic is very clear.

Just in Sales Office 21/8/11 to sign my SNP, only few unit left for block B, block A & C still not open for booking.

Since Developer allow to full refund, for sure ppl will book first, and contunue seaching, at the same time, ppl willing to pay top up, why not, if you get another target, for me, since this still a good bargain, i secure it.

ppl need to lower down the top-up due to no more time and they may facing some issues or not a genuine buyer. ( I believe lot of ppl no intention on top-up initially, but more to book first, since full refund if they not proceed, however, when opp can later, when they price increase, why not, rather then return to developer). ... sincerely, I not encourage this top-up, this ppl may book the good unit and release it back to developer.

this is something different from what i heard last year when they launch their first phase.

but if what u said is true, where: buyer can get full refund without reject letter + allow name transfer, 100% ppl will grab it without thinking twice, especially those who want to earn top up money coz this is a golden opportunity.

I was probably the last person to do the transfer for Phase 1 before the S&P was sent out. I went to the office on Saturday to perform the transfer and the workers there were bundling the S&P signing request letter to send out on Monday. Well I made RM8k from the transfer, not a bad investment at all.
