Soli i dont understand you at all. Either your england very 'lan' or i cannot read your statement properly. I definitely know more than you because i booked one end of last year and already transferred to another person early this year. This is the only developer that allow transfer ownership, good for us but its bad for developer.
Not necessary to get a loan reject letter for refund, it is under stakeholder and we can decide whether to proceed or not.
I think you dont even know what the developer WANTS. They prefer you to sign the SPA and not booked!
