the reason ppl letting go parklane is because when u visit the showroom, agent will tell u: book first then name transfer is allowed to earn the top up money when other phase launching for higher price later.

developer understand with 4000+ units is hardly to compete with other development, and the price they launched is not consider cheap.

to sell 4000+ units, this is how developer catching buyer and tell them to transfer name to earn top up money, which most of the developer would not allow.

after buyer place booking they must have the loan reject letter then only get full refund despite they able to transfer name or not. the other word, developer will secure the sales despite the buyer not able to transfer name unless they hold loan reject letter. now u understand?

I definitely know more than you because i booked one end of last year and already transferred to another person early this year. This is the only developer that allow transfer ownership, good for us but its bad for developer.

Not necessary to get a loan reject letter for refund, it is under stakeholder and we can decide whether to proceed or not. 

I think you dont even know what the developer WANTS. They prefer you to sign the SPA and not booked!

Hello, your statement not true, they allow to transfer name to any buyer due to not all the necessary approval yet, only recently they stop it.

FYI, till to-date still ppl call me whether want to transfer or not for my phase I unit, due to previously I advertise after i secure another land property, but decided to proceed my unit for Parklane.

i do not know whether the sales untill now is good or not. but what we can see here is so many ppl want to let go their units and the purpose is obviously to earn the top up money and the top up money in keep on decresing from initial post until today post. why this happen? i think the pic is very clear.

this is something different from what i heard last year when they launch their first phase.

but if what u said is true, where: buyer can get full refund without reject letter + allow name transfer, 100% ppl will grab it without thinking twice, especially those who want to earn top up money coz this is a golden opportunity.
