Hi, I'm actually planning to book one unit for phase 3. But still it's kinda scary cuz too many units I think. scared will become like flat later. Any advice on buying this property? Buying for investment purpose. Btw, got different is it buying from akisama and bighouse? Just now only I went to bighouse. B1 already 95% booked. B2 still got like 60% I think.
