Mid of July to August... Now It is time to press the price of the seller if you wanna get a unit.. I guess many will let go even with a small margin...

like cutealex said, many people are flippers and they are not willing to hold on the property for long. They just want to buy and hold for a very short term and let go for some capital gain.

If the SPA is approaching, they run out of time to cash in their 'options to purchase' by selling them to others. So it may come with a discount

Once surrender to developer they will sell in new price, min. from 320k for 7th floor. So if phase 1 unit asking for 10k top up i think reasonable.

Sorry, just increase 2000 to 8000, if u want top up 200 may be u can wait at developer office, see who to cancel their unit ask them transfer to u.
