So can see that the trend quite scary that most of buyers are flippers. Imagine when all these projects completed and you will see 9 out of 10 units are up for sale.

okay guys...let's go back to why you booked it in the first place! We only have negative thoughts in this forum. lets start the pro list...

Pros List
1) Near LRT
2) Good entry price
3) 4,000 units but big land area, so actually not so high density like others
4) Shoplots below...good potential for tenants due to convenient living

Near LRT is proposed only, is it confirmed?

How bout the road traffic? 4200 units, let say 2100 units have 2 parking slot and 2100 have 1 parking slot.

After the completion of the property the area gonna add up at least 6300 cars around!!

Shoplots is a add point if nice and quality shop opened, especially saloon, restraunt & pub. Even cybercafe? 7-11 as well.

Lastly, bout management and developer, how good they are?

-> 1 car park.
-> Directly facing swimming pool and direct accessible to condo facilities.

LET THEM SUFFER AND END UP LELONG THEIR UNIT ..

Just drop in sales office you can buy already ..
Coz many pre-buyer wanna sell their unit too before the agreement been sign .
Or u may get it from iPorp .. same price no topup .

Screw the flipper here.

seriously there's so many flippers for this development
if these ppl do not have the intention to buy, the developer should not let them place the booking and refund so easily..
should impose some charges to them if they pull out before signing S&P rclxms.gif

Last week I did received a mail from the developer. They inform me that I cant get the extra 1 slot car park that I requested. (I did request extra 1 parking slot when I make the booking)

Did you guy receive the mail regarding this issue too?
