Ronn77, you are right, i think the same way too... Everyone thinks FOC items are great, unisize less headache, but when everything up, it will look like a Standard FLAT!!

After completion, many units will be up for SALE! Buyers will have more choices to comparing the Price (instead of other things) since there are 4k units out there.. Also, the rental market is slim, unless there are colleges or offices lots.

I have a unit to let go. ,it's block E2 7th floor corner lot beside playground with 1 car park. 7th floor consider the ground floor since 1-6th floor is parking floors. Booking fee+top up. Pm me if anyone interested.

my friend who book parklane just receive a letter stated that the car park he book earlier need to be withdrawn...
thats mean he will left 1 car park only,original he got 2...he book the unit from big house de...anyone heard this news?

Is it? I also have booked additional car park directly from site sales office when i booked my unit months ago. I need 2 car park neh!!! anybody could please clearify that?

my friend buy from big house de...how about people direct buy from akisama?

i buy from akisama comes with 2 parking tandem...
at developer side...they actually wan their work easy...
parking cannot buy extra...then tandem cannot upgrade to side by side.....

One of my friend have booked extra 4 car park... the sales at site office say OK OK that time ( she booked the unit really early). Maybe they are over promising, but they stated additional car park would be first come first serve basis....
