I guess is because the price plus the position.

For me phase 3 price did not justify with the apps they have... that's my 2 cents opinion lar..


Added on April 26, 2011, 10:37 amcorner lot depends on which block you target & which phase and facing which side. for me D1 unit 1 is quite nice eventhough is morning sun but you get to have swimming view, garden plus i assume the lake view as well. Correct me if I'm wrong. The swimming pool is not full view but maybe 20%.

Anyone have info of the home loan beside PB, Ambank & UOB?

What the other banks package like? Thanks.

UOB package:
3yrs lock in
-2.4BLR whole tenure
Open current acc - deposit rm200. Every month pay "maintenance fee" RM10.
70% mortgage
Capital & advanced repayment.
Anytime can deposit but only can withdraw when you reach 70& loan mortgage
Low MRTA fees.

PB package:
5yrs lock in
-2.5 (1st yr), -2.4 (2nd yr onwards)
no need open current acc.
Need to call to notify the payment
Anytime can deposit and only can withdraw min RM5k & above.
min 5 yrs MRTA
NO Capital & advanced repayment.

So far tis is what bank offer me.

HI,OCBC could offer BLR-2.2/-2.3.For margins probably is 80% and additional 10% to finance LVS and mortgage protection.Which are MLTA or MRTA. Both service is available with me.Kindly contact or reply message for more information.

Yes. PBB one is not that great. I apply as backup only in case UOB not approved mine. biggrin.gif

Hi all...

I have phase one unit - Block E1, facing East (inner view), 25th floor come with 1 car park.

Original developer price - RM277,900 ONLY. Not yet sign the S&P.

Anyone interested with low top up, please PM me.
