Then I suppose this is a winner? This is probably the cheapest new development with a KL address...and also comes partially furnished!

By then maybe too late, all the good units gone. Price already went up 20k! And 90% of booking fee is refundable, and unit is transferable...what's the risk to book one unit? Very little in my opinion. Worst case, you lose RM300...

This saturday make a trip go to show room. But, i am really dun like so high density area, 4000++ units sharing same common area. If the management not professional enough to manage the building, it will bring up a lot of issue between the residents, consequence will bring down market value. Please imagination that every early of the morning, 500 cars to q-out from the building, how scary is it. Somemore the selling price oso not cheap.........259psf.........., if I buy oso buy 4 location. (Near Future LRT, dun know LRT on or not  )

i think maybe people are mistaken. total units although 4200 units, it is separated into 3 phases with each phase their own facilities. so the first phase is about 1000 units sharing their own facilities and not 4200. the 500 cars scenario is not that scary. you go compare the current bukit oug condo right now with the proposed z residence, zm1 and jalilmax and nearby ones. all those projects is about the same land size as parklane oug. that one is even more nightmare  lrt isn't everything. furthermore, only the putra/kelana jaya line lrt is the worthwhile lrt to chase after because of its unique and favorable stops. all other mrt and lrts not that interesting to be honest. but then again, diff people diff opinion

Well, maybe that's your opinion, but find me something cheaper for a new dev these days with KL postcode....its impossible! But just to correct you, it starts from 259800 for 950sf so selling price is actually start from 274psf, not 259psf...if you deduct the cost of furnishing, its about 250 psf... Btw, I've already booked a unit from the first block...I'm still considering if I should hold on to the unit, but I'll probably hold on to it unless Z-res ends up cheaper....connectivity wise, I think Parklane is better as one can enter directly into Jalan Puchong...
