any gallery sensor bug issue from JPO v8?
The gallery.apk files size for BYJP8 is smaller than the one in JPO v8.

not same. If u use winrar or 7zip, u open the System > app. u will see JPO v8 gallery.apk file size is larger than BUJP8.

"at the root explover there it is still mounted as r/o.." ---- nx to it, u can tab th rw.. then it change to mounted as rw (Re-write), of which u can cut and paste any files in the root directory.

same? then how come the apk size is different? Gallery.apk for:
JPO v8 923kb
BUJP8 746kb

YES, u should factory reset, wipe cache then INSTALL the ROM.. DO NOT do factory reset AFTER installation..

So pls flash again, and i m sure u will get what u want.

Downloading the Ultimate ROM take forever...

It is very handy, but i think the CWM or odin way is better, why? If something go wrong, it is easy to teach from either from CWM or odin...
One click, once brick, u will need to odin or CWM.. I believe in one thing, u need to learn the fundamental tool if u wanna flash.

There is no real need, if u flashed the BUJP8 and also updated with the zipalign and fat system fixed. I think there isnt much change needed, and if u so keen to add the speedmod K10a, u can always download the kernel and flash it either via CWM or odin.

This is what i feel about the XWJPA/XXJPO v9 or BUJP8 v9.0.1, he just added it those seperated updates for v8 or JP8 v9 ROM.

A few days after the BUJP8 v9, he released an update on zipalign, thereafter, he released another one named BugFix for both zipalign and fat system.

U mean upgrade ur kernel from K10 to K10b will increase ur battery percentage like a quick charge to ur battery during the flash?
