Sorry its not obvious to me wht lagfix does. Does it fix the lag when an app is opened or lag during scrolling? Wht exactly will speedmod kernel improve if lagfix fixes the those items?
For me, these things happen after applying lagfix, specifically the lagfix schemes available in speedmod kernel:
1. Apps launch quicker, no more black screen wait of death..
2. Better battery life, generally.
3. Memory management seems better, I don't have to kills apps to free up memory anymore.
4. Navigation of phone UI is snappier.
5. Installing apps from the market feels speedier.
6. The overall experience with the phone is much more pleasurable.
7. WIFI seems more stable.
Scrolling within apps (e.g. Tweetdeck) was always smooth for me, without or without lagfix. Only scrolling in the phone call log where call and message history is displayed still lags, or more accurately, jerks a bit. I don't believe lagfix speeds up scrolling within apps, but others may claim differently.
