Yes, execute adb from command prompt.

I believe the instructions mention this:
adb reboot download

Which will reboot your phone into download mode. An android with a shovel.

seriously.. speedmod 500hz + v9 + no RFS ext4 works like wonder!
everything become very fast n very neat. no FC what so ever except for the batt drain but cant comment very detail on that yet. no proper test has been conducted

im using 500hz as well... one thing i noticed, its super smooth on touchwiz but not so on launcherpro

i installed SGS tool as to check whether my 3e --> 2e patchin (via root explorer method) is correct and firm.
in thats app, there is an option where i can choose to 'reboot recovery'. i chose that that, n it indeed able to reboot into recovery mode!!!

hmmm... i duno whether i m happy (pasal oredy 2e, manage to reboot to recovery) or sad (cant do it manually to reboot to recovery now.. haha

if u can't do manual boot, then don't mess with your phone. make sure u can do the MANUAL (volume up+home+power) recovery then u go and mess things around. If not, later stuck at boot screen susah I tell u. then no more SGS Tools for booting into recovery

However, not sure how to get ur 3 buttons working. does the link work btw?

try renaming ur Gallery3DFroyo similar to the one in system/app?? u use root explorer to copy? make sure u mount r/w

speedmod does help, usually when typing on virtual qwerty keyboard with vibration on, it lags, open contact lags and bla2. Smoothness improved yet, I still feel the lag...somewhere

just tested the GPS with V9, not bad! i realize that when i hold the phone horizontally ...the gps lost and hardly to reroute/relock the location, but once i put it back to vertically, it work like cham
maybe the head of antenna needed to point to up for better signal

thanks to the sifu here...lock location by using google map 1st b4 use papago, really make papago very fast to lock

anyone know what the name of apps that change the lock screen?
it has many type of lock screen such as motorola style, htc style, iphone style..

i have it before.. but forgot it name now..

Thanks, it's working now. Used to did the same on Eclair, then the gallery no longer works. So I thought this method wouldn't work.
