After installing Viber, my push notifications stopped functioning. After uninstalling, I still had problem receiving notifications from Facebook and ebuddy. When I connected to 3G when I was out then suddenly all my notifications came in. I thought it was my wifi problem but when i came home and tested it was okay. I think certain apps can mess up your notifications. Another app that did was Echofon.

i want to ask here about cellular data
i got 3gs from maxis set...
rite now im using hotlink, so the settings already in the phone
settings at cellular data < setting mms and etc> not appear
but i need to change to digi now, so when i put the digi sim card..
at the settings cellular data also not appear.. i need it to appear as i will able to change the mms and internet settings there..
how can i do it?

i would like to ask, if i send my iphone for warranty will they change my s/n? As far i know, they will change my S/N to a serial that indicates my iphone is a refurbished phone. True?
One more question is, if i get back my phone from warranty, they will extend my warranty by adding additional 3 months warranty period? What if i just bought it today and tomolo bring back warranty, It came back 4 weeks later, my warranty period will it be 1 year and 2 months ? (deduct the 1 month because of the warranty process)

I am tethering my laptop using Iphone to use the Outlook Express on my laptop for emails.
I can receive mail but cannot send anything out. anyone can help ?
ps. Using the same laptop connected to streamyx broadband no problem in receiving and sending mails. I believe must change the SMTP setting. Currently it is smtp-proxy.tm.net.my .
Tried calling digihelp but no solution - they promised to call me back though...

Why is it when I change network settings eg. Turn 3G off or push Cellular Data on/off, my Safari or mail won't work and I have to restart iPhone? Is this normal or is there a problem with my iPhone?

I need help. I have forgotten how to make my customised ringtone as ringtone for all incoming calls. I hv tried the method outlined in Cnet. The customised ringtone is in the Ringtone Folder in iTunes but when I sync my iPhone4, it does not show up in Setting --> Sound. Where have I gone wrong? Previously I was able to make my customised ringtone as the default ringtone for all incoming calls. However, I have forgotten how I did it. Can someone please help me?
