i want to ask here about cellular data
i got 3gs from maxis set...
rite now im using hotlink, so the settings already in the phone
settings at cellular data < setting mms and etc> not appear
but i need to change to digi now, so when i put the digi sim card..
at the settings cellular data also not appear.. i need it to appear as i will able to change the mms and internet settings there..
how can i do it?

hi there, just quick question here
my earphone button didnt work. the + - volume didnt work, only the middle button can use
mine set maxis which got warranty till feb2011.
i bought from a forumer.
the warranty also cover the earphone rite?
can i go to maxis center to claim for warranty purpose?
wat i hv to bring, warranty card n box?
and mine set is JB, so i need to restore back before go there rite?

i just have updated my 3GS with iOS 4.2.1 and found out my sms tone still not updated. still no new tone. so i just googled and 1website said no new tone for 3GS? is that true? if JB, how can i add new tone? thanks

any1 know wat is problem with usage and standby time always same and make my battery life so poor?

i think there is some process keep running and that why usage and standby time always same.

mine 3GS iOS4.2.1 and this happen after few days i update and JBed.
before this i restore back as new phone and JB.. and only few days are normal and then this happen again today.

im already soft reset and hard reset many times.. but same problem occur.
now im thinking going back to iOS4.1 since im googled and said its is bug from iOS4.2.1...
before this im using iOS4.1 for months.. i didnt hv any problem.

i dont mind cos i didnt use bluetooth headset at all
im so sick already bcoz of this problem, my iphone only last for 1 day. before this can max 3days.

if its a bug, but why its happen only after a few days about a week after im restore and JB? so weird.. at that time i didnt install any apps.

no, mine is maxis is and using default baseband 5.15.04

try close other apps when u can to play games.. sometimes the apps will consume a lots of RAM hence make u lag a lil bit.

guys, why my 3gs push notification didnt work on WIFI?

before this, im at my rental house, all push working fine..using my wireless home
but when i go to my bro house, using his wireless.. mine cnnot get push notification... but my bro ip4 can get and working just fine..
my bro using ios4.3.1 and mine using ios4.1 and just recently updated to ios.4.3.2 also didnt work...

still cnot fix my push notification... so sad..

update ios into 4.3.2.. previous 4.1
usage and standby is exact same period... battery drain more faster

any1 know how to solve this?

im still got the problem of standby same as usage time...

- upgrade ios4.1 into ios4.2.1 before, about last 4months, then facing this problem... downgrade back into ios4.1.. problem solved.
- then after that push notification didnt work on wifi, upgrade the ios4.1 into ios4.3.2... push still not work on wifi and facing usage time same standby time problem.
- restore also didnt work..
- last week go into vacation and i ON cellular data all the time, push work fine , standby time problem also solved..

-after back from vacation, turn off cellular data as i on prepaid.

standby time problem reappear again

i think new ios need always connect to internet
i need to back on ios4.1.. cos that ios the most stable for me.. didnt give much problem.

yea, got a few apps that didnt support ios4.1, but i didnt use that app much, so didnt bother...
i dont mind the MMS, i only mind the battery and push

now my push work, but the standby and usage problem still got.
i hv google many times and still didnt found the solution yet..
how come many of u didnt have that problem? bcoz u all always on data?

any1 here got problem with push notification?

ios 4.1 and 4.2.1 push didnt work on my home router but ios4.3.3 can work fine.

it stored on ur phone..when u open ur mail, it will fetch the mail from server and stored in ur phone. when u delete, it will sync with ur email, it also delete from ur email.


btw, my push work when i on data. and the problem with usage same with standby time also solved. is this mean it will need data constantly for checking the push? if not. it will run at background and consume all the battery??
