Just update to iOS 4.2. I downloaded the file using xunlei from the link above. It took near 2 hours just to download it n the file size is about 600+MB. Upon download just open iTunes ( yr iTunes must b updated to the latest version too first)
Connect yr iPhone . Press n hold shift button on yr pc keyboard n click on update icon on iTunes. Looks for the firmware file u just downloaded n just let iTunes do the rest . The process would take about 20 minutes!

Just set up find iPhone feature! Can send sound n message but if the phone is inside the house the location shown is not accurate.

Oh why would he just want to listen to the video clip ? By the way Oplayer can continuously play back video clip that u downloaded from the website !

Guys I am having this problem of accidentally pressing the Voice Mail button ! It is not less than 10 times already n each time Digi charge me RM0.07. Do u all know how to disable it ?

Hi all, I hv a problem my date n time suddenly went back to January 2002. Now hv to manually set the time! Why this happen ? Could it b my pc date setting issue, cause just syn today with iTunes! Any cure ? Tq.

Yup previous my pc date n time is out. But I hv correct the date n time on my pc n syn again, but the time n date on iPhone still remain at Jan 2001. rclxub.gif

I was wondering restore is just like format yr pc? Will it damage yr iPhone? Is it necessary to fix problem with this method?

My advise is try download the firmware first. It is quite impossible to restore online unless yr Internet speed is super fast n stable! Advantage of downloading the firmware is you can restore it any time later without worrying about Internet connection!

The only solution is to restore it. But u must download the firmware first which is 600+ mb. Press shift bottom n restore together n look for the firmware u downloaded. I realize if u hv upgraded to ios4.21 it is good u restore again using the same iso firmware file as not only I solve the date problem the performance of ip4 improve a lot .

Just plug in yr iPhone to pc and yr will see the iPhone drive in explorer .

Your pc must hv wifi dongle n just create an adhoc connection to share Internet with IPhone!
