north west kajang new township macam jadehill is the best location of all kajang so far from now.
not too deep east and not inside the kajang old township. almost most west part of kajang.

i think they slow slow sell. sell 1 less 1 one more. no need to be aggressive.
those high lvl expat work at KL south oledi move in there. they work near tmn desa.
but tmn desa, kuchai, oug, Bukit jalil.... almost whole KL south no nice GNG landed for them.
go north for nice landed gng also too far. cheras landed gng also nothing up to standard.

senja not done.
good gng landed closest to KL south only left gita bayu and jadehills for them to choose.

Slow sale is not beneficial to the developer as they need to maintain the sales office and staffs salaries. Unless Jadehome has earned too much for them to lose.

What I can see is they just repeat Valencia formula.

That is " when sg buluh from ulu place become not ulu, they slow and push up price by slow slow launch Valencia"

Now, Kajang slow slow tranform become not ulu, they slow slow launch and push up price.

We can see this in welknow developer ytl, sunway, bandaraya.

i can say the link house in Jade Hills is most expensive in Kajang area, agree >?

IOI city mall in Putrajaya is seeing its structure getting in shape.
