i think baohulu is dupe account of Axxxx.

any input from you guys on my intention of getting that lake banglow for own stay?

Lake bungalow is truly a premium provided that the lake is well maintained.

and trust that the earlier flooding issue is but temporary and the problem has been permanently solved.


On separate issue, anybody has got update on the sale on properties in Jadehills? Especially the landed units.

So far our lake be it inside or outside( near our gate) is reasonable well maintained.

They are busy for the Service Apartment lauching next 2 weeks. They have being some delay on landed launching & did not get answer why.

Saw some land surveyor on that international school land recently when cyclying near rail track with children. maybe they hold new launching now so that when the commercial up and the school up can sell higher?

i'm really sad why QVs no unifi/streamyx... went to tm point and told me no coverage... not even phone call? cry.gif

This is the same with all new residential. TM will only do the connection if houses on a particular road have more than 50% applicants.

Jadehomes have been busy on the international school and the service apartment. The landed units are losing its momentum, would think it's high time Jadehomes put back its attention to the landed units.

Who wana do skylight awning? Can get this I found out quite competitive price they have. Delivery and installation cost Only rm48/sqf.

Thanks for the sharing.

I have long advocated that Gamuda should change their homepage. The revised homepage is however still not up to mark.

For new launching, there should be artist impression.

For completed design, if the completed houses are to be shown then it should be shown side by side with the description, proper naming and specs so that the purchasers could relate.

The specification shown in the homepage is scanned and it is not that clear. it could be better. they are not giving their best.

Came back from oversea two years ago.

Found out that Malaysia has totally changed.

Traffic jam, lack of skilled man power, serious inflation, & etc.......

Too engaged in works that I cut down time on my interest on properties.

I noticed many people have move into jh.

Have a chat with jh sales in resort club restaurant.

Jh semi d and bungalow sales very good.

Developer hold launching.

dd will be more than supply here soon.

Look like we better hold it n dont sell it now.
