To appreciate the landscape of jadehills, you would need to visit the development or check other photos of jadehills.

By the way, you are comparing jadehills landscape with which development when you say that it is poor?


It really depends on individual. I would rather have less sunlight on ground floor so that it is more cooling and it is sufficiently natural ventilated in the same time.

Only taller trees. Flower & shrubs not planted yet??

Strongly believe that the un-launched phases will bring about positive effect to existing development.

Hope that un-launched phases could be launched soonest possible.

Jadehills homepage has not been updated for years already?

This the weakness of jadehills project.

This information is not readily available for the customers.

Whatever their strategy is, it is not clear to the customer.

There is not even a 3D model or artist impression to show how the design is going to be. You can only use your mind to imagine the house that you have bought.

Up till now, I'm still putting my trust and hope onto the developer. It's up to them to prove to us.

On the internet, you could see that lots of houses although not within the boundary of Jadehills are placed on sold using the name of Jadehills.

This sort of advertisement is not responsible and not fair to Jadehills development.

The buyer needs to open your eyes and analyse properly lest you pay Jadehills price and non-Jadehills properties.

One example is actually the advertisement in propwall.

Visit the page and you will know what I am trying to say.

Difficult to compare by just looking at photo.

Different setting of the camera could cause the photo to look different at times.

Why you don't put this item as one of the defect.

The photos i showed in the tread are all Hills Quad Villa 2.5 Storey(35x80land), 3436 sqft build-up,

roof top terrace(313 sqft) and garden terrace, 165 sqft

Asking price you might want to refer www.propwall.my.

It's already Vped and key available for many units.

Some already started renovation preparing for move in.

Have to say that Jadehills is a beautiful development that lasts long.

Each time I visit the development, each time I have different feeling.

And it only gets better.

I would say that the 2.5 storey QV needs minimum renovation especially wet works or even structural works.

The only place i could of is to convert the top most floor into an additional room.

Other than that, it would be more on interior design, lighting, kitchen cabinet, build-in cupboard and etc.

Anybody is thinking about some major renovation?

Jadehills psf is shooting up.

Partly to catch up the initial launching that is affordable compare with other places in Cheras/Kajang.

As what has been testified by earlier buyers(it's also the same for me).

Jadehills has got the "WOW" factor.

As the tress got matured and many more houses built, the "WOW" factor has been enhanced making the development even better.

Signing up my club membership. Got to start practice healthy lifestyle.

Jadehomes is truly managing it proper for the benefit of the residents.
