Whatever their strategy is, it is not clear to the customer.
There is not even a 3D model or artist impression to show how the design is going to be. You can only use your mind to imagine the house that you have bought. Up till now, I'm still putting my trust and hope onto the developer. It's up to them to prove to us. |

On the internet, you could see that lots of houses although not within the boundary of Jadehills are placed on sold using the name of Jadehills.
This sort of advertisement is not responsible and not fair to Jadehills development. The buyer needs to open your eyes and analyse properly lest you pay Jadehills price and non-Jadehills properties. |

I would say that the 2.5 storey QV needs minimum renovation especially wet works or even structural works.
The only place i could of is to convert the top most floor into an additional room. Other than that, it would be more on interior design, lighting, kitchen cabinet, build-in cupboard and etc. Anybody is thinking about some major renovation? |

Partly to catch up the initial launching that is affordable compare with other places in Cheras/Kajang. |

As what has been testified by earlier buyers(it's also the same for me).
Jadehills has got the "WOW" factor. As the tress got matured and many more houses built, the "WOW" factor has been enhanced making the development even better. |
