Depends if you like their community , must ask those in the neighbourhood what type of neighbour or society are they the caring educated or kiasu type. I personally dun like that area le so remote.
Why you wanna stay in Kajang for?
*
Not sure what you are trying to convey, what you meant by caring educated or kiasu? You have any specific experience to share with everyone? Jade Hills comprises of owners who either professionals or business owners or both professionals/business owners. I'm in the 1st and also 3rd category. The owners are happy staying in Jade Hills compared to other developed townships in the vicinity of Kajang.

are you staying in hana garden now? how is it?

Not yet, about to commence renovation on my unit in Hana Garden. Hana Garden is a lovely place (unfortunately fully sold). Renovation was delayed for 18 months due to MCO. I work in KL CBD and wanted a place away from the bustling city to relax. Jade Hills is not far from KL, about 27km from CBD (KLCC - close to where I worked). I will continue to stay in my KL house (6km from KLCC) and travel to work until I able to sell my house and move to Jade Hills. Don't be affected by the distance, wake up early and go to work. As for me, my time is flexible and I can avoid the morning jam if I move to Jade Hills and reach office between 10-10.30am should be fine for me.

Think Hana fully sold, rymba think left 3 storey Semi D, if don't like rymba can consider blossom, much more far away, is another direction going there. 18 enclave is fully sold except the 1 of 3 storey Semi D, now coming launching is 19 unit bungalow called Summerwood. So up to you all to decide whether worth to buy or not, but think whole development nearly completed, maybe left 1-2 phase only.

Jade Hills will be completed within the next 5-6 years. A nice township and security is tight. Nice place for family to stay.

Which ID did you engage? So external contractor you find on your own? The ID just purely for drawing?

ID depends on one's preference. I engaged them for delivery of the entire concept to actual implementations. You need to check it out on your own and the theme you like. Be careful with ID, it will costs you a bomb if you don't managed them well. Stick to the budget you set for yourself and and not let them propose whatever they throw at you, which will escalate far beyond what you intend to spend. Ys, I have a separate contractor for exterior work.

Where is this T1? Are you sure 0.5B? Many rich people in the top 50 in Malaysia doesn't even have that amount of accumulated wealth!! With that amount you can build a city and have spare cash to keep. Who in the right mind would spent it on house or palace as you called it?

Yup, I'm actually searching around and see if I like their projects and styles. It will be great if you don't mind to share your ID so that I could take a look as there are too many out there. Been searching and looking for a while, better to have more choices before making decisions though.
