If you are really keen on Blossom Spring, go to the show unit for viewing and see whether you like it or not. Blossom Spring is located quite close to Central Park (which is very nice). Grab it before the phase is sold out. This is the last terrace homes in Jade Hills before the entire township is completed.

The sales officer told me, no immediate plan yet. If launched, it will be next year, name of the phase, number of units, selling price etc., not decided. Whatever it is, if you want to buy terrace house, better look into Rymba (still got available units) or Blossom.

Didn't ask. Jade Hills has less than 30% available land remaining for development. What I understand the land will be used to build bungalows, sell bungalow lots and probably some terrace houses. No more semidees.
