What's the price for Rymba?

I know few owners upgraded from link / semi D to bungalow. Many new buyers are friends or relatives of the existing residents. This speak for itself whether it is a worth buy and good for living.
Other than the travel distance to KL/PJ and the multiple road bumps/traffic lights roads going to JH, I don't see any other obvious shortcomings.
After MCO, many new shops opened at JH commercial area, including the only coffee bean in Kajang (if not mistaken) making it a happening place and convenient for residents.

3 Storey from RM 1.3m nett onwards

But currently fully booked, which mean those who are interested just can place under waiting list (if not mistaken).

Hi, I'm also a owner in Jade Hills but not moved in yet. House currently under renovation. My taxable bracket also above 24%. If you successfully introduced someone to purchase a property in Jade Hills, the referral fee is also subject to tax and have to report in your income tax return.

Blossom Spring -->3% on nett, after deducting 8% Rebate
Rymba Garden Terrace -->3% on nett, after deducting after 12% Rebate
Celestial Mansion -->2% on nett, after deducting 7% Rebate
Cloville -->3% on nett, after deducting 10% Rebate

Jade Square 2 Shoplots --> 2% on nett, after deducting 7% Rebate


Caution, if you buy over with an agent then you will not entitle to any referral or offset.

Nope, it's actually practised all the while if you didn't or never claim for an additional rebate / special rebate.
Unless someone hiding and impersonating your signature privately and claiming the referral without letting you know.
You might drop me your unit no, or full name if you want me to assist and check the referral entitlement.

You can easily find out in the past record, it's just bullshit for an early bird discount.

Especially Rymba Garden, early bird 7%...and now 12% rebate (after a year plus and the selling price never increase), which means those who bought during early bird become an early stupid bird
