It sounds great. Hopefully by this month, I will sign the SPA to purchase a property in Jade Hills.
Understand the Resident Association is pretty well managed and really looks into common welfare of all its members. Wonder whether Jade Hills Management is equally well managed and attentive on after sale services?

As for me, my time is flexible and I can avoid the morning jam if I move to Jade Hills and reach office between 10-10.30am should be fine for me.
