Use shoplots as school? Quite cheapalak, setia ecohill got stand alone building for tenby internati9nal.school with swimming pool and field facility...

Understand that they r having their own building later on, tis shoplots tenant onli temp wor.

when and where? jadehill already establish for few years already...why at the beginning develoepr never have a proper plan for the international school?

This d. cover early....Jade Hill is not a mass production like other launching few hundred units....Jade Hill is slowly launch 8 units here.....15 units later....it is call Elite Luxury....Exclusive....just like you mentioned you and me .....and the many here reading....cant afford to own a unit here because you and me just so so.......only can buy mass production si beh far beranang. ...rinching......semenyih.

i am talking about international school plan in bukit jade..if cover early oledy, why now still need to use shoplots as international school?

no proper planning
Gamuda too smart, they dun tell u guys overall the plan in so details. Easy pusing here and there once got problem.
Once complain coming " why the garden become public car park? Hihi subject to change mah.

if you cannot accept buying a condo or landed without knowing the facade color just wait till VP then buy, normally will have leftover

Business is never turn out so perfect as one wishes it to be.

Besides, the international school is never the main actor of the game plan.

The developer could have conceived the brainchild starting from the development.

However, it takes two hands to clap. A sizable piece of land could not be simply put a side if the layout plan or the land size is not confirmed by the partner.

Again, it's not fair for us who doesn't know the background to simply comment that it is not a good planning.

Guys any easy way to Sg chua from jade hill, without passing the jam traffic light( turn right to Sg chua)?
Found one lorong that is behind school, but very terrible road condition.
