The viewing angles are bad based from reviews.Have a look at the LG E2350T RM550+-,the unit i saw have ok viewing angles.

as stated in the thread, the TS was able to claim the warranty straight from Dell for similar problem. did you call Dell to ask?

u can try to extend ur warranty if applicable, but it a bit of hassle and quite expensive.

But u can always buy a vesa mount to be used on ur monitor

Wanna share a lil bit.. since i just purchased this e(conomic)-ips .

coming from samsung 20" TN panel and surveyed BX 2450 LED TN panel (was my original plan).

Its not like night and day difference but what i can tell is em happy with u2311H colour especially after calibrating as in TFT central's setting website also buit quality of the frame & stand.

Imo, Its a good deal for its price. I feel like getting another one but dunno for what

may i know how did you calibrate the display? i tried the one given in TFT central but it appears too green-ish to me, hence i reset it back to standard setting

actually tft central who does the calibration with colorimeter. their result for e / colour accuracy < 1 ~ the color fidelity is excellent :

Brightness : 31
Contrast : 75
RGB : 87, 100, 93
Preset Mode : Custom (RGB)

i use it as a base, and adjust to my liking since i dont use it for semi/professional (photo)graphical stuff .

btw you may wanna try :
- lower the Green (G) value a lil bit from monitor's the OSD, and/or
- adjust from your graphic card software setting, ATI CCC.

see if it can help reduce the greenish look.

may i knw the ration between 23' will different frm the standard 24'?
like in 23' mayb the face will be small ?like out of propotion?
