It might, but depends on specific model, and we won't know how's the design until open it up....

i5 , HDD : 320GB , RAM : 2GB , VGA : 2GB 5730 = RM 2680 (model same as A42J)
i5 , HDD : 500GB , RAM : 4GB , VGA : 1GB 5870 = RM 3930 (model same as GX660)

Definitely go for HD5870
unless you don't need it for gaming...

Thank u lee.. I like play games but not hardcore games, just so so games such as the sims etc.. I want to have lasting laptop.. Planning to use more than 2 years.. So, u think worth to spend RM 1250 more for those things, right? Thankz..

depends on ur monitor resolution also..

1366x768, HD5730 is more than enuf...

For The Sims, the HD5730 would be enough for now...
The HD5870 should last you long enough

new model?...a42jY, a42jZ...saw them listed when i want to download driver at asus website.. i also saw the k42jP and k42jY but no k42jZ..look like the P and Y got new graphic from amd 6000 series..wonder how powerful they are..
