looks like the a42jP got better GC than a42jY maybe...considering the naming..6470 ~~5470..huhu..by the way..the 6570 got 2g vram..same as 5730 on a42jA

amount of VRAM means nothing if it's only a mainstream or value GPU...
take HD5730 for eg, even 512MB is more than enuf for it... |

Since HD6550 should be replacing HD5650, the HD6570 should be on HD5730 level....

Today got a shock when my A42Jv could not power on. Only the first "Bulb" LED below the keyboard and touchpad turned on. After panicking a bit I turned off the main switch, unplugged, replugged, turned on the main switch, waited 3-4 seconds then pressed the "Power" button. Luckily this time it turned on completely.
Maybe the first time I pressed the Power button too early. I noticed the A42Jv "Power" key sometimes won't respond if you turn on the power adapter then quickly press the "Power" key. |

guys..i think the realtek driver is kinda crappy..always give me stutter..so is there other way to install other sound driver?
