well, temp won't be consistent all the time also... slightly different surface, slightly different position of cooler, slightly different programs launched also makes up to the deviation...

I don't use notebook cooler, and put it on top of motherboard box all the time. I don't think program would affect temperature unless its put big strains like games or benchmarking programs. Smaller programs won't tax harddrive so much

whn i monitor my processor temp
its around 56-60 wit normal load..
n whn i dota it raises to around 58-62
since dota is nt heavy on the load
i wana ask is tis safefor my processor?

almost same as mine.. i using inspiron 15R.. u dl gta IV at where? i found around 14gb so huge..

Its warez stuff so we cant talk about it, and yes its 13.9GB, which is 2 DVD. Patched it to 1.0.7.0 and performs well. I get around 25fps on average. Wish I could overclocked it.

Recovery partition? Never used it. I think downloading all the drivers yourself is a much better alternative.

The model is so new that the support sites contains the same drivers as the one from my DVD.

Plus the latest WHQL Driver won't install on my system as described before. I take that you did a clean install with your system?

Did you download the WHQL Drivers for GT400 or GT400M series?

Hotkeys are fine. You need to install most if not all of the ATK drivers.

About the A42JA, i want to update my ati driver. I download the CCC file-around 90mb. So should i uninstall my current one before installing this new one?

Also if there is a problem than how do i revert back to the old one?

I used the GT425M WHQL.

Its recommended to uninstall old driver first before updating to latest one. If there is problem, remove the problematic one and install old version back. It shouldn't have any problem

But how do i uninstall the old version? Is there some way to revert it directly from my laptop or do i need to download the old one

Use driver sweeper in safe mode to remove all ATi files and reintall back..
