if i did not give up i have to spend $$$$$, end up costing me more than the price of a Align Trex 250 by just upgrading from a clone.

Hehehehe, dun want to waste time and waste money ......

Ohhhh ic ic.
Aiya, use subtrim lah, i also agree. Because u just need the heli to learn hover, not much different you can tell. I believe u will crash ur heli before u do 3D, so leave all this superb setup behind first. Enjoy the heli now.

It's normal lah ....... remember this is your first time to assemble a flybar CCPM heli, you will be doing better later on.

Qiw, is this the skyfun jet you have mentioned to me?
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/_..._Kit_Only_.html

With align stock 250 motor would it be a direct drop-in mount on the jet?

Ask you guys those with futaba 8fg.

I notice that there are 2 versions of 8fg coming from the factory. 1 is pre-programmed to suit heli and another one is for airplane, does this make a different if someone got the airplane version and use it for heli?

Hehehe, just know that futaba is giving away a free extra 7-ch receiver if you are buying certain model of radio ............

Yeah, I think you can go with those 4-ch Fixed Pitch heli first. It's a class in between the coaxial and Collective Pitch heli.

The 4-ch FP heli is good enough for a beginner to learn hover and orientation.

Technically, you don't have to visit a hobby shop. Quite a lot of them providing online services. I have never been to hobby shops for more than 5 times.
