QUOTE(celciuz @ Dec 1 2010, 05:59 PM) Flower will be busy the next 10 days Friday onwards isn't it? Haha, panning with a UWA is nice! I've seen my friend doing it. This is how panning with a UWA looks like. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Not mine, my friend's shot. Woo nice panning, havent done any motorsports events in quite a while now. Last one was Malaysian GP in April iirc This weekend might be going to take pictures at KLIMS or dodging pallets at paintball event

QUOTE(KIEN18 @ Dec 1 2010, 07:57 PM) what setting to use bro??i tried many times..can't do.. The easiest for me would be set to Shutter Priority and set it to something like 1/50 sec (like pic below), follow the subject while it pass you and spam away lol. Oh yea having a steady hand helps too For slow moving subjects (like people running) might need a slower shutter speed to get the nice blur background. As you can see my panning doesnt really have the blurry background because shutter speed not slow enough (i think )

Shutter speed depends how fast your subject is. The lower the shutter, the more effect but then you got limit how low you can go... because the lower you go, the harder to nail a shot.
