When after i open the box for inspection, the head is already off.

I will still blame them for their stupid packing method for not using a box just only used 5 layers of bubble wrap. They should know resin would break easily but i still suspect the item were broken before send out as it looks like someone break it off using their hands as the neck were like a few cm thick ( i dont think it would break so easily by bad postage handling ) & both the hands were not damage at all. I receive the package in good condition, as the box were not having any serious dent or someone kick it. That's why i'm very , is it possible to file complain at paypal & get refund?

dont think resin breaks easily? try simulating a bad postage situation then and see what happens (hint: wrap everything back, seal up the box/postage box, toss it around. then open it again)

Here are some example of really seriously bad postage handling can make when receiving it from the postmen, the figure inside were non broken just only the figure package box were dent slightly. Do u still gonna believe that bad postage means broken stuff receive?

All my recent purchase figurine goods were very bad handling by post, got at lease 1 visible dent or more on the box when receive but none of them were broken.

Compare to the resin from E2046 box condition. They just wrap 5 layers of bubble wrap on the figure box itself and a layer of paper only.



I don't see any dent cause by tossing, something heavy were put at top or someone kick the box at all. So i should praise them for their superb packing as the box were not damage at all but the figure inside were broken.

How do they expect their customers to buy from them again if they cant even properly pack things up, as their company has been selling resin kit for so long time (even before i start collecting figurine).

I rarely clean btw (busy with Starcraft 2 recently). Once every month, or sometimes, once every 2 months Will start major cleaning up on New Year, as well as changing the figures' "mode"

While that's amazing, how do you deal with dust? >_>I have maybe 10% of what you have, and dust is a nightmare for me.

I nvr opened my window wide, and if opened also, it will be covered by curtain (my room is facing the sun on evening). My room also didn't have many fabric-based thingie (no carpet, for example). There's dust, but not as quickly to gather as compared when I live in KL(got carpet, window opened everyday)

The figure display already took 1/8th of my room, and the heap of figure boxes already took another 1/7th of my room. Basically the space left after racks, figure boxes and heaps of other things are just enough for me to sit to use PC, and to sleep

exile is an OTAKU!!! Soon he tak nak keluar rumah and beli everything including food online d. I even see leftover pizza boxes.

Oh that pizza box I used as place to put keyboard only, since it's wide.
As for Nyx, sadly some of her parts alreday broken, and there's paint smudge all over her body (since I dunno metallic paint come off more easily than non-metallic one)
