better dont ...
a-label had came out with Vanessa from King of Fighters ... and the quality suck! if you really want that revy, better wait for bargain price
*
Kinda agree with you. The face doesn't look good but the body looks ok, unless they sell it for half the price or lower.

After checking awhile most of A-Label stuff looks bad, only a few looks ok but simple & expensive.

Oh god how did it snap like that ? D:
*
When after i open the box for inspection, the head is already off.

QUOTE(Exiled_Gundam @ Dec 24 2010, 01:30 AM)
IMHO this most probably is due to the rough handling during shipment. Unlike pvc, resin are prone to break if wasn't handled properly. The padding also was made from styrofoam right? Which doesn't absord shock as good as plastic padding
*
I will still blame them for their stupid packing method for not using a box just only used 5 layers of bubble wrap. They should know resin would break easily but i still suspect the item were broken before send out as it looks like someone break it off using their hands as the neck were like a few cm thick ( i dont think it would break so easily by bad postage handling ) & both the hands were not damage at all. I receive the package in good condition, as the box were not having any serious dent or someone kick it. That's why i'm very vmad.gif , is it possible to file complain at paypal & get refund?

dont think resin breaks easily? try simulating a bad postage situation then and see what happens (hint: wrap everything back, seal up the box/postage box, toss it around. then open it again)
*
Here are some example of really seriously bad postage handling can make shocking.gif cry.gif when receiving it from the postmen, the figure inside were non broken just only the figure package box were dent slightly. Do u still gonna believe that bad postage means broken stuff receive?

All my recent purchase figurine goods were very bad handling by post, got at lease 1 visible dent or more on the box when receive but none of them were broken.

Compare to the resin from E2046 box condition. They just wrap 5 layers of bubble wrap on the figure box itself and a layer of paper only.

I don't see any dent cause by tossing, something heavy were put at top or someone kick the box at all. So i should praise them for their superb packing as the box were not damage at all but the figure inside were broken.

How do they expect their customers to buy from them again if they cant even properly pack things up, as their company has been selling resin kit for so long time (even before i start collecting figurine).

and DEz012 ... perhaps you can ask for replacement from them? resin snap off like that, how to fix? for rm400+ , i wont leave it at that.. i will take any actions matter to make it right again ... if 2046 dont want to comply, file for dispute..
*
After a whole day of e-mail conversation they only agree to give me 10% discount on my next purchase or i send back to them for replacement parts that i need to pay for the shipping myself & they said must be ship by registered mail or EMS will cost me around Rm 50, they might charge me again for return send. I don't think its worth it & the risk might be same after they replace the thing might be broken again before reach me. They wont 100% refund me, even they do i still need to resend back to them & lost at lease Rm 100 of shipping fees into thin air. The funny thing is every time they reply my e-mail is different person name.

I already lost faith with them & not going to order anything from them again.

assuming you pay them via paypal... just file a dispute... and since you wont be ordering from them again, what you have to lose... snap the pix of the packing box, and the snap head as proof ... any shipped back cost should be paid by them ..
*
Thanks for the advice, but i will give them last 24 hours until tomorrow evening to reply my last e-mail regarding partial refunds not cash vouchers that is still no reply from last friday.

DEz012..... 2046 resins do break (With Pos Malaysia's handling).... If you built GK, this is a fact as parts come pieces, and many times delicate parts are broken... gluing, sanding, painting are all part and parcel of GK/resin kits..

2046's CS are prompt, and flexible and reasonable. Your demands might be too high for them to consider.

2 parts epoxy are great for these resin figures...

Seriously not everyone has the equipment or paint to fix it, super glue wont cover those crack lines or paint peel off. It's their own stupidity fault for using those sponge that doesn't protect the figure & not using a box with styrofoam that holds the figure box.

The reason i'm angry is they blame the customs for open the package that cause the figure broken but i receive the package were not even been open before as the customs will used those customs tape to stick after they open the package.

All i want is the figure to arrive to me unbroken is that so hard, if every time i order something from outside or inside malaysia were broken, then i would not buy anything that used post anymore.

Anyway after searching website from another hobby forum some people were also piss off with e2046.

I was also smitten by e2046 pre-painted Kos Mos and considered buying from them before. But after some research I found that some of the owners (some Malaysians and from other countries) got their pre-painted Kos Mos with certain parts broken.

I figured that I wasn't going to plonk down 250USD for the risk of having it broken at my doorstep. Granted that most of these owners complained about it and they eventually fixed it on their own, I was not willing to pay so much for a risk of defect and having to repair it on my own.

Looks like my fears were confirmed based on your experience with them. I agree that paying for something so pricey, we should not be expected to be ready to repair it if it arrives broken.

Sorry to hear about your predicament but I am glad that you shared your experience and that has really convinced me not to buy e2046 pre-painted garage kits...
*
I should have done more research like u before buying from them. I was trick by those 5 star feedback but got 10% discount from Christmas Sales when buying, so treat this as a lesson learn. As a reminder don't buy resin kit anymore if you're not into painting it yourself.
