btw anyone has issues with the home,menu,back,search keys? yest it didnt light up...plus have not fixed my power button yet.

erm, when it should light up? omg i never realize that in my phone :

Mine sometimes only. Sometimes screen off but buttons light up. Android is not very stable yet, hopefully froyo will fix all these bugs.

No, the button will light up every time you press the power button to turn on the screen.

I honestly think that is the case for most the early Legend buyers, most could have bought the Desire but instead bought the Legend. I know I am one of those. Better wait for dual core phones next year bro.

Most of us could've bought the Desire instead. Desire was about 200 bucks more, I don't mind paying but Desire's ugly. Enough said.

or the sensor is blocked...
it doesn't light up when the sensor can sense enough light...

It only lights up when its in a dark environment. Dark enough for it to turn on the lights. Lol.

Mine lights up every time.

I just noticed mine lights up every time too. But today when I was in the car, under the sun, it didnt light up. Hmmm...maybe it only lights up in the absence of UV light? will experiment that again tomorrow.

Maybe la. Since I'm indoors most of the time and I don't like bringing my phone out of my pocket when I'm outdoors. Malaysian security very 'good', I don't wanna lose my baby.
