i wonder when the froyo official release for Malaysian SGS Users...sick of having draining battery....

Don't get your hopes up. Official froyo probably makan battery also.

Just look at eclair official vs leaked - I actually found leaked versions to be better than the official ones.

Hmm...they(samsung) supposed find the solution for us. E.g maybe they should release better long life battery for SGS.

Really ah? When did Samsung publicly acknowledge the lag and battery issues? If they promised fixes, I'd love to read that piece of news..

I just think that this fixation with official froyo being able to fix everything and make the SGS the perfect phone is too much. Just my opinion though..

If Samsung haven't acknowledged the issues, I don't see them having any incentive to fix them. I remember Samsung did publicly state that they would fix GPS issues for the SGS product family, though..

It's a good thing so many good people at xda-developers forum have stepped in and written tweaks, optimizations, updates for us. Very fun times indeed.. smile.gif

one day n a half to sometime play game..wifi to update FB.. make a call n sms... n play audio before sleep..

mine lasted 3 days..

wifi for an hour.. play some games less than an hour.. call.. and heavy
music.. and I would lever the phone on stanby when I sleep..

my screen brightness set to the lowest thought..even when I surf web..
